Job Description and Requirements

Job title: Sales supervisor.

Note: all duties are online, using company online platforms.


Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.

  • Monitoring all the customers calls, massages, comments.
  • Ensure that the CRM team working according to the company procedure.
  • Monitor inventory stock, and managing pipeline process between the supplier and stores.
  • Ensure that the Showrooms working according to the company quality standards.
  • Providing the first line management with the customer feedback opinions.
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensure pricing is correct.
  • Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees.
  • Get KPI for the logistics, sales and CRM departments weekly.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Manage, monitor, update, customer database, using company CRM system.
  • Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed, according to the company quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
  • Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  • Ensure standards quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Manage the company accounting system using QuickBooks cloud application.
  • Generate the needed accounting reports, using QuickBooks cloud application.
  • Share the marketing content to the social media channels like Facebook.
  • Monitoring the social media team, on their comment and actions.
