Central Planning Manager - Laundry & Home Care

Job Description and Requirements


  • Ensuring availability of finished goods to serve customer orders on time
  • Developing Rough Cut capacity planning and reporting any capacity issues
  • Working on short-term planning using PFS the production scheduling tool on SAP
  • Leading and participating in the Supply and Operations cycle as well as making sure all the agreed upon actions are delivered and updated in a timely manner
  • Holding weekly meetings with Customer Service team to amend plans based on customer orders while including the Demand Planning team to update the projected forecast accordingly
  • Controlling phase-in phase-out of products during re-launches


  • University degree in Engineering or Business with focus in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply or Demand Planning in an FMCG
  • Good understanding of the linkage between inventory control, planning and procurement
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is preferred
  • Efficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using SAP and the planning system APO is an advantage
