Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineer One Year Intern

Job Description and Requirements


  • Monitor machines' performance; inspect and gather all technical & historical data to support during building of reliability centered maintenance system
  • Review all components of machines & equipment and sort them based on their criticality
  • Standardize approaches for preventive/predictive maintenance tasks and maintenance repair techniques
  • Cascade trainings to operators and technicians
  • Use solid works to draw machines' components for the mechanical engineer
  • Use electrical AutoCAD to draw machines' electrical wiring diagrams
  • Develop a high proficiency system while working within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/SAP and utilize its functionality to correlate the data for reliability analysis
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for all breakdowns and support operation & maintenance teams during investigations


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience/trainings in multinational FMCGs
  • 0-2 years' of experience
  • Solid verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient in Solid works and AutoCAD
  • Detail-oriented and able to anticipate & adapt to dynamic situations
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor employees not under direct supervision
  • Experience/trainings in PLC (if electrical engineer)
