Global Survey Specialist

Job Description and Requirements

YOUR ROLE

  • Share process improvement ideas and execute initiatives
  • Manage survey requests, including receipt requests & assessments and compliance check
  • Provide recommendations to stakeholders (regarding the format, scale, and order of questions)
  • Develop surveys based on Henkel's standard tools
  • Send survey's pilot test link to requester
  • Extract results and analysis in respect to reporting

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any relevant study
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position, preferably at a multinational environment
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
