Key Account Manager - Laundry & Home Care

Job Description and Requirements

The key account manager will be collaborating with internal stakeholders, i.e. Marketing and Trade Marketing as well as with external stakeholders, managing key accounts (modern trade). The incumbent will be a part of the strategic planning team, handling budget steering and seeking to proactively come up with initiatives to achieve top-line regional targets.

  • Set and achieve top-line regional targets by gaining an understanding of key customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to steer profitability and generate new sales
  • Resolve any issues faced by customers
  • Prepare activity grids, forecasts, and reports of progress to internal & external stakeholders
  • Handle all related activities, e.g. events planning, ROI analysis, and portfolio management

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any relevant study
  • 3-5 years' of experience in modern trade at a multinational FMCG
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
  • An accountable & target-oriented individual who sets targets and proactively works to achieve them
  • A skilled negotiator with leadership and numerical skillls
