IT Application Support Expert

Job Description and Requirements

Ensure operational stability of IBS-owned applications and support regional transition of business managed applications
Assume end-to-end process ownership for activities that ensure operational stability of applications
Act as primary point of contact for assigned applications' stakeholders within IBS, business, and vendors
Act as an escalation point for incidents where designated
Ensure applications' internal compliance with IT standards
Manage certain projects & recurring tasks and ensure vendor & user compliance
Identify improvement potentials and address them with application users
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or any relevant study
3-5 years' of technical experience
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience at a multinational environment is a plus
