IT License Management Expert

Job Description and Requirements

YOUR ROLE

  • Align the software license planning with service manager and 
    maintain the corresponding planning on license cost center
  • Monitor software license ordering and invoicing process in 
    cooperation with the service manager
  • Maintain and update a software license cost planning file on 
    product level
  • Align, maintain, and update the preparation of cost center 
    planning via SAP
  • Check incoming invoices vs. the SAP purchasing 
    orders in preparation of the approval process
  • Support software asset administrator license lifecycle management

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or any relevant study
  • 2-5 years' of experience in a relevant field
  • Fluent English speaker
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
