This role is for a graduate of a university who is hired for a professional position requiring a university level education (or equivalent experience). This program is planned to help you boost your technical careers within 3 to 6 months of internship, including training and shadowing on existing IBM projects, before you get hired. Qualified candidates will be selected once training and shadowing is over, passing an exam will qualify you to a hiring position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise 

Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Informatics Major is a Must 

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
