Job Description 

Overall mission:
Actively contribute to the development of the Marketing Services Center (MSC), supporting MEA GEO marketing activities, integrating the MSC strategy and transformation
Be instrumental in making the MSC functioning as a seamless entity, successfully executing marketing global centers strategy and implementing a stable operations and controls structure
Support the adoption of next phases of marketing operating model
Key areas of responsibility:
Assist both local MSC Cairo Leader as well as Europe & MEA MSC and Operations leader in building a management system with a strong interlock with the Business Units and MCO MEA to reach operational, financial objectives and satisfactory business controls posture
Financial analysis to help our center make well informed decisions, reporting and monitoring of financial movements, stakeholder billing
Help to co-create learning strategy and talent development programs to strengthen MSC practitioners capabilities
Drive transformational changes, evolving the operational model in synch with to yield productivity out of standardization
Skills and experience required
Good knowledge of Marketing function and related activities
Good financial/accounting knowledge and experience
Successful Operations experience associated with strong organizational skills
Comfortable in multicultural environment, able to master multiple daily global interactions
Autonomy, personal dedication and passion for challenges
Process harmonization / standardization and consulting experience appreciated to develop global marketing strategy with new skills, methods and tools
Contribute to stretch assignments centered around operations, training-facilitation, automation projects
English Fluent (spoken, written)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Good knowledge of Marketing function and related activities
Good financial/accounting knowledge and experience
