Advisor, Proposal Management (RSA)

Job Description and Requirements


Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Management (Services Sales Operations)

    •Determine opportunity types (direct, partner, indirect/channel, CR, SAR, mixed, etc.)•Perform a cursory SOW/CR review when e-Signature is requested•Determine if Legal stamp (e-signature) is required.•Get authorized signature(s) for finalized SOW •Create Quote or manage “services portion” of existing Quote ensuring all required information is populated; Attach supporting documents•Assist Indirect/Channel quotes in coordination with Partner Support Centre.•Coordinate SRT (BOE) creation for quotes with SRT Creators; identify inconsistencies between BOE and SOW/QTP/CR; attach to corresponding Quote or send to COM (Indirect/Channel).•Adjust services pricing in the quote ensuring pricing and effort align across quote, SRT BOE and SOW/QTP/CR•Ensuring final quote edits, attachments, quality checks, approval, submissions and SFDC opportunity closure. •Interfaces with internal (SP, COM, PS Finance, Sales Operations, Sales Rep, Rev Rec, and Credit & Collection teams), external services, and, as appropriate, customer contacts and influencers•Provide assistance and guidance for workarounds due to system limitations•Create/manage Salesforce Opportunity•Services only deal opportunities•Bundled with Product opportunities •Generate SOW # if custom •Generate SRT/BOE based on Finalized SOW (or QTP (quote to payer)


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in a services role, preferably in a bid desk role.
  • Knowledge of the sales, services cycle and exposure to deal creation.
  • Solid Communications and Collaborations skills.
  • Knowledge of the Services cycle, LoE, SRT creation is a plus.
  • Knowledge working with my quotes, CR is a plus.
