Trading Account Manager

Job Description and Requirements

Job Role

  • Buys and sells different Cequens products to generate an agreed upon profit margin.
  • Follows up on Invoice collection with the finance team.
  • Works on introducing new products to current clients
  • Handles new accounts as passed through by the Lead Generation.
  • Analyzes the Accounts performance since the beginning of the relationship and monitors daily traffic
  • Maintains a strong relationship with the clients through different channels of communication” email, Skype, events”
  • Identifies new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Always working on getting better prices from our providers.
  • Working on establishing new connections and new clients through events, Social Media and leads


  • Bachelor’s degree holder of relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the wholesale traffic and carrier relations business.
  • Fluent communicator of English and Arabic languages French language is a plus.
  • Proven record of achieved sales targets.
  • Flexibility with frequent travel.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in a telecom/High-tech environment is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Eager to learn and maintain ongoing industry updates and awareness
