Job Description and Requirements

Job Description 
• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff .
• Develop a comprehensive safety & security plan and ensure the enforcement of effective and proper annual maintenance plan with proper manual, policies and procedures.
• Develop a comprehensive Facility Management Manual that ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire Facility.
• Develop strategic alliance with Vendors / Sub-contractor who can add value in the quality of service that they deliver.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing.
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

Key skills 
• Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex and varied workload.
• Ability to prepare accurate and reliable MIS reports 
• Comprehensive knowledge of current practices and procedures involved in the maintenance and repair of retail outlets, offices, warehouses, flats etc.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations, practices and procedures applicable to retail environment
• Decision making, Team working, Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness

• Preferably candidates currently working in Bahrain.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
