Digital Marketing Coordinator and Course Material (Bahrain)

Job Description and Requirements

Job Title:Digital Marketing Coordinator and 
Course Material Developer
Reports to:Head of Department

Purpose of Role:To take the lead inMarketing activities, produce materials for courses and events and to maintain Web pages and course schedule information, aligning them with the Institute’s various products and services

Key Accountabilities:
•Coordinate the Marketing activities (mainly Digital)
•Produce Marketing material
•Edit and brand materials for face-to-face training (technical content supplied) and other events
•Maintain the various spreadsheets of Institute courses and activities
•Manage website content
•Align Social Media activities with other departments’ activities
•Produce reports and documents from various Management Information Systems
•Coordinate with the Virtual Learning Environment and creation of on-line learning material
•Coordinate with the Senior Training Consultant in Business Development activities        

Key Competencies:
•High level of Digital Marketing experience (evidence required)
•Proficient in using publishing design tools e.g. Adobe Illustrator (evidence required)
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
•Experienced Social Media facilitator 
•Experienced in website content management
•Excellent organizational and planning skills
•Able to work under own initiative
•Experience of working in adult learning environments an advantage
•Highly developed interpersonal skills, good at building and maintaining productive relationships
•Excellent communication and influencing skills
•Solution-finding approach to challenges
•Flexible attitude
•Culturally sensitive
•Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.   French an advantage
