E-Learning Designer (Bahrain)

Job Description and Requirements

    
Reports to:  Head of Department
Purpose of Role:To create e-learning materials, assist with the company website and marketing activities

Key Accountabilities:
•Adapt and create materials for face-to-face and technology-enabled training 
•Assist with website content management
•Align activities with the Marketing and Business Development functions    

Key Competencies:
•Experienced instructional designer and LMS user
•Proficient in at least two eLearning authoring tool
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
•Experience of working in adult learning environments
•Enjoy working with people and technology
•Excellent organizational and planning skills
•Highly developed interpersonal skills, good at building and maintaining productive relationships
•Excellent communication and influencing skills
•Solution-finding approach to challenges
•Flexible attitude, particularly towards office working hours due to systems malfunctions 
•Culturally sensitive
•Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.French an advantage
