Technical Assistant

  • Administrative activities
  • Assist the team to ensure Services to the Company by EPCIC are as per Contract.
  • Assist the team to manage calendar, appointments and facilitate efficient operations of his office.
  • Assist the team with visitors enquiries, receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
  • Assist the team in disseminating information to departmental/all personnel regarding changes to entity documents, policies and procedures.
  • Assist the team on his administrative needs and all other tasks that may be assigned.
  • Verify, schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events including travels and missions.
  • On the team request, attend specific meetings and issue associated minutes, ensure its signature, its distribution and its record under EDMS.
  • Assist in organizing, planning and preparation of workshops for the project.
  • Allocate reference and review correspondence before submission for final signature.

 

Educational Background:
Chartered Secretary & Administrator.

Experience Requirements:  

  • Strong administrative background with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
  • Having worked with international company is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
