Unit Manager

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field  

At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which in managerial role preferable in MCECCE/ COOP.

Effective Arabic & English communication (Written & Verbal).

Computer Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)

 

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Lead monthly and morning meeting with the sales team and review the targets that includes: Sales Volume, Distribution, Coverage, visits and month’s priorities, in addition to competition reports.
  • Add new customers to the Customer’s database and print the new customer’s barcode, stick the new barcode at the Customer’s premises and raise the Customer’s awareness about the company products and the most appropriate sales plans.
  • Coach and motivate the team towards achieving collection targets related to the unit, and monitor their collection efforts as per the Company’s internal policies, and follow up with Customers and Finance Department to solve any pending issues.
  • Review the daily sales  reports, ensuring that it includes all targets and coordinate with Customers and warehouses to solve any issues and improve distribution accordingly
  • Present, discuss and negotiate with Customers to sign agreements, follow up on their implementation and monitor their expenses as per the approved budget, such agreements include (Key Business Drivers Agreements, Advanced Collaboration, and extra visibility plans)
  • Monitor products turnover, recommend plans and actions to increase the turnover of slow moving items.
  • Execute investment and marketing plans in collaboration with Customers, such plans include co-marketing activities, and ensure that all plans are executive as agreed without exceeding the budget.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandisers to guarantee the execution of visibility plans and contracts signed with Customers (Annual and Monthly), and to ensure the Implementation of the Branding Plans
