Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose:

 

·   End-to-end responsible for increasing Orange’s Market Shares and revenues

 

·   End-to-end responsible for delivering the high quality Customer Experience. End-to-end responsible for ensuring the maintenance and the success of the “Sales program” within the constraints of scope, resources, deliverables, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

 

·         Develop and maintain the sales program strategy and objectives (including segment marketing and service strategy), for all "Get, Keep and Increase" dimensions

·         Manages with the Marketing Manager the content of the “Sales” program and its evolution

·         Sets up the Operational Marketing and the Commercial Communication budget

·         Sets up Sales budget and objectives

·         Validates the long and short term sales strategy proposed by the  Account Managers

·         Defines the Quality Services objectives (Quantitative & Qualitative)

·         Validates the operational marketing action plan / road map proposed by the Marketing Manager

·         Validates Marketing Manager’s propositions concerning the existing offers to be adapted to “Sales” Program

·         Validates Loyalty & Retention programs

·        Review the performance of the program and ensure good relations with Sales- Program Partners

·        Reviews with Marketing Manager and Account Managers the completion analysis for “Sales” Program, sales report, customers’ database to target their needs, nursing calls reports (customer satisfaction), Customer Care reports, Back Office reports...

·        Reviews the competitive analysis and Business intelligence in the market to detect any threats from competitors

·        Validates recruitment needs with HR

·        Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are properly communicated within the team

 

 

Job Requirements:

·         MBA or Bachelor degree in business or a related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognised professional institute

·         10 years with Marketing & Sales Management and preferable with project management & PR experience

·         Good project management skills

·         Knowledge of the Telecom industry is mandatory

·         Excellent knowledge of Jordan Market

·         Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting

·         appropriate sensitivities

·         Pragmatic, results oriented and customer oriented

·         Excellent skills of both written and verbal English and Arabic
