Treasury Projects Officer


A multinational investment, finance and banking corporation is looking for a Treasury Projects Officer.  The role will be focused around the delivery of multiple development projects delivering enhanced Treasury operations and also incorporate oversight of Back Office operations.

Particular focus will be around the exploitation of Treasury Management Systems & Global Banking capability, with numerous medium term goals, including, but not limited to, the following aspects of Treasury activity:

• Completion of Global Banking implementation
• Continuous automation of treasury risk management processes
• Integrated cash forecasting development
• Internet based Netting delivery
• Online dealing capability implementation


The role will include responsibility for Back office operations. You will also be supporting the systems & reporting requirements associated with on-going evolution of risk management techniques.

The ideal candidate will fulfill the following requirements:


• Strong project management skills & track record of delivery in a Treasury environment.
• Good knowledge of banking and Treasury Management Systems.
• Qualified AMCT
• Preferably a qualified accountant with working knowledge of Financial Instruments reporting under IFRS.
• Experience of people management
• Comfortable interacting across functional and national borders.

Qualifications:

1)      Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or any other related subjects to investment studies.

2)      CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification is a great advantage.

3)      Potential high caliber fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for trainees positions in Treasury Management.
