Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for smart and motivated people to join our Akhtaboot team. As a Recruitment Consultant you would be responsible for the following:

 

- Manage existing customer accounts.

- Identify potential customers, as well as attract and retain them.

- Research and identify their recruitment needs and identify the best products that fits potential clients.

- Engage in a reasonable degree of up-selling and cross-selling.

- Meet with upper management once a week.

 

Job Requirements

 

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

- 0-4 years of solid sales experience.

- Motivated and a quick learner.

- Excellent internet skills.

- A driver's license is a must.
