A leading English language Radio Station based in Amman is seeking to employ smart and motivated persons for the following position:

 

Promotions Supervisor

Join our team as Promotions Supervisor where you will be responsible for making sure that our listeners and clients are satisfied with the service they receive from the radio station.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb people and organizational skills that make you the best candidate for this job.

 

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

-         Working with the Programs manager and Sales Manager to assign credible and consistent value to the station's on air promotional material

-         Scheduling of the station’s promotional events calendar

-         Creating, planning and carrying out the logistics of sales and programming oriented promotions.

-         Supervising and assisting in on-air contests.

-     Ensuring the promotion is consistent with the station’s sound and identity and    the client's goals.

-         Knowledge of different sources of promotions including but not limited to sales, programming, community events, and special events

-         Communicating a given promotion's details to all parties involved including: programming, engineering, sales, and sponsors.

-         Thorough and current knowledge of the media market, and familiarity with market aspects and trends.

Qualifications:

-         One or two years of experience or a fresh graduate with emphasis in a field related but not limited to Business, Marketing, Communication, Media, Advertising and Journalism.

-         Excellent command of the English language is a must.
