Job Description and Requirements

1. Role Purpose:

Sales Director is a highly experienced sales practitioner who is responsible for determining sales function strategy and targets for NT Mills (consists of four regional companies) based on the sales plans and NT Mills Business Plan. The jobholder will oversee the development of pricing strategy in conjunction with other NT Mills departments including operations and in line with the Nuqul group strategy. Jobholder is responsible for the management and utilisation of sales teams and resources among NT Mills, and is accountable for the overall performance of NT Mills sales function.

2. Accountabilities:

1. Formulates, gains approval, and communicates a synchronized NT mills sales strategy and policy to ensure the achievement of NT Mills Sales targets and KPIs.

2. Provides assistance and input for setting NT Mills Business Plans to ensure commitment to such plans and the realization of NT Mills vision and mission and growth plans.

3. Formulates a synchronized annual sales action plans for NT Mills with realistic targets, budgets, controls, and contingency plans to ensure achieving sales plans and targets.

4. Monitors and manages the achievement of the set KPIs and sales budget for NT Mills to ensure budgets and KPIs achievement.

5. Manage, lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of NT Mills sales team ensuring they develop their full potential in order to achieve NT Mills sales targets.

6. Formulate NT Mills wide pricing and discount methodology in-line with NT Mills strategy and business plan to ensure NT mills vision and targets realization.

7. Monitor and analyse various sales and market reports and take necessary actions and decisions to ensure best utilization of market opportunities and strengthened customers relationship.

8. Manages, plans, and supervises Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development activities at NT Mills to ensure addressing and utilizing changing customer needs and business development opportunities.

9. Sets and implements strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and delight by providing the best services and promptly resolvement of complaints, in addition to ensuring continuous win-win relationships with key customers.

3. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills required:

  •  BA or MBA degree from an internationally recognized institution preferred in Sales and Marketing field.
  • A minimum of 15 years stretching experience in sales and marketing. It is expected that at least 5 years of this would be at the managerial level.
  • Leadership ability is essential along with well-developed analytical and organisational skills.
  • A strong commercial focus is also essential along with the ability to establish effective working relationships with the targeted customers.
  • Strong customer focus backed by strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Advanced Business-level written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Computer literacy and a strong working knowledge of advanced professional programs.
  • Analytical and Planning capability.
  • Problem solving.
  • Presentable.
  • Familiarity of cultures and cultural adaptive.
  • Must be achievement oriented and focused on producing results.
