Job Description and Requirements
Role Summary:
Responsible for overall direction and control of Key Accounts Sales activities in the country. Develops strategies, and objectives with regard to sales quota, new business opportunities, and the maintenance of present customers, responsible for Key Accounts budget, and coordinates with other sales divisions to achieve overall company targets.
Job Responsibilities:
•Set Key Accounts strategies, objectives, plans, and targets
•Introduce all Globitel solutions to the market.
•Participate in setting and managing the key Accounts Sales budget
•Participate in local technical events
•Responsible for the development of sales of designated clients
•Follows latest trends and developments in own field and adapts these to apply in the company.
•Direct Key Accounts Sales team to achieve quotas.
•Develop new business and maintain customer satisfaction
•Responsible for maintaining existing revenue within own market segment and add new accounts.
•esponsible for all installation orders, filing, archiving, numbering and status knowledge.
•Responsible for purchase order archiving and filing.
•Responsible for sending the needed information about sales to Finance Department in order to issue the invoice.
•Prepare plan for each quarter, which contains potential customer lists.
•Assist the Sales Manager in developing the sales strategy and objectives
•Report achievements to Sales Manager and discuss obstacles with him.
•Coordinate with the sales support to provide channels with the tools to serve customers in the best manner
•Evaluate assigned accounts business needs and provide recommendation for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue. Cooperate with Business Development team.
•Develop proposals, offers, and presentations communicating solutions for customers.
•Prepare the request for Bid Guarantee of own accounts.
•Responsible for collecting and solving all financial issues within assigned accounts.
•Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers and key accounts.
•Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
•Maintain an accurate updated documentation of contacts info and history of assigned accounts.
•Responsible for renewing and upgrading existing clients’ sales.
•Prepare and deliver regular reports to Sales Manager
•Follow up the customers different needs with the all departments.
•Plan and manage the service function for customers in general.
•Solve any problem facing customers.
