Job Description and Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

ESKADENIA Software is currently looking for a Project Manager with minimum 7 years of hands-on experience. The candidate needs to be well-organised, intelligent, creative individual with the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. The candidate will also manage the technical and business teams in direct contact with team members, departments and line managers. Additionally, he/she will work partially in business development and the generation of business opportunities for existing and non-existing clients.

 The responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing project(s) lifecycle starting with the analysis phase;
• Managing Business and Technical teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Responding to RFPs with Technical and Financial proposals;
• Managing development and deployment projects;
• Client interfacing and client expectation management;
• Implementing and managing project plans
• Risk, scope & time management.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

•  Demonstrated excellent analysis skills, business process; understanding, requirements gathering, and data flow analysis;
•  Experience in telecom industry;
•  Experience in Java, J2EE, Oracle and Unix technologies;
•  Experience in software design and architecture;
•  Experience in system analysis, project management and technical work;
•  Excellent documentation skills;
•  Excellent command of English;
•  Ability and willingness to work independently;
•  Excellent interpersonal skills;
•  Excellent leadership skills;
•  Excellent communication skills;

 EDUCATION:  

             Engineering or Computer Science education. PMP is a merit.
