1. Engage in the activities of the company’s Business Development Department, which is responsible for identifying, analyzing and recommending specific opportunities for the growth and diversification of the company such as license agreements, joint ventures / strategic partnerships and possible acquisitions / mergers. In addition, recommending divestiture of non performing businesses.
2. Participate in Portfolio planning and review and works directly with management to understand product portfolio gaps and then drive solutions through Business Development and Marketing activities.
3. Design follow up procedures, including setting benchmarks, performance indicators, goals and outputs.
4. Working with cross-functional members to identify promising segments, and evaluating strategic fit and potential for operational synergy.
5. Establish reporting system to ensure rigorous, accurate implementation of specific projects
6. Present innovative IT based solutions and services.
7. Quality of relationships cultivated with customers and partners.
8. Quality Assurance: This activity ensures that the quality-related activities are being performed effectively. All those planned or systematic actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that a product or service will satisfy given requirements for quality.
9. Prioritize business opportunities in light of corporate strategy.
Qualifications and skills required: § Pro-active, determined, enthusiastic, capable person. § Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field. § Fluent in Arabic & English, written and spoken. § Effective teamwork coordination and communication skills. § IT Skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. § Able to carry out duties independently and with minimum supervision. § Good Knowledge of the financial ratios. § Excellent Research and Report writing Skills. § Works under Pressure.
