Job Description and Requirements

Minimum Experience:

At least two years of Sales experience.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a customer base; maintaining customers relationship, and developing the relationship to benefit both company and customers.
• Build and maintain a regular flow of business opportunities.
• Build knowledge of customers’ business needs and present company service offerings to customers.
• Develop sales and contribute to meeting set growth targets.
• Support customers with their business needs and communicate with operational department to make things happen.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain proper customer information, provide customers with offers/quotations and update communications as needed in the company local systems.
