Job Description and Requirements
Role Summary:
Working with a diverse range of communications technologies, computer networks and other complex platforms and support equipment to provide solutions for customers.
Job Responsibilities:
•Address urgent issues quickly. •Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated problems. •Act as customer advocate in the product development process. •Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements, and operations feature improvements. •Provide complex and challenging support for Globitel’s underlying technologies. •Work in a strong team environment to provide unparalleled support to customers in a wide variety of industries.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
•3-5 years experience in Telecom. •Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Telecom. •IT Experience. •Excellent command of English.
