Job Description and Requirements

A Saudi Company specialized in IT & Telecom has an urgent request for: Call Center Technical Supervisors
 


   Duties & Responsibilities


1. Receiving incoming calls and provide technical support.
2. Guide Call Center Agents.
3. Supervising and leading team members.
4. Capturing lessons learned and managing clients database.
   

     Qualifications


1. Bachelor Degree in  Electronics, Communication or any related field.
2. Leadership and analytical Skills.
3. Report Writing Skills
4. Fluency in English and Arabic.
 
   Experience:

 

1. 3-5 Years Experience in related career.
2. 1-2 experience in Broadband Services, namely ADSL.
