Role Purpose:

 

Defines and overseas the implementation of the sales operational strategies in order to maximize sales and meet consumer demands in a timely and cost effective manner .

 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

 

• Masters degree in Business Administration
• 7-10 years of experience with at least 4 years prior experience at similar level in similar industry (FMCG )
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent presentation and inter personal skills
• Sound knowledge of markets handled and good commercial acumen
• Excellent command of English language
• Preferred to be resident in Kuwait
