Job Description and Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

 

§         Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s Customer Relation Management Solutions Systems (CRM, CSMS, Internet, Self Care & Web Payment, Document Management system) to achieve business requirements.

§         Develop Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s Billing Systems for Enterprise Billing, Personal Billing and Home Billing to achieve business requirements.

§         Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s Billing Services; Call Collection, Provisioning, Bill Layout and Interconnect to achieve business requirements.

§         Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s Call Centre & Telephony Solutions; IVR, Auto Dialler, CTI and Call Recording to achieve business requirements.

§         Responsible for developing new requirements, reporting, modification, upgrade of system parameters, customization and/or new enhancements on JTG Customer Management & Billing Systems based on customer requirements and market evolution to achieve Business requirements.

§         Contribute and enforce the defined policies and procedures, systems parameters, system implementation and introduction of new services in-line with IS-QMS

 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

 

§         Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or related fields.

§         Minimum 2 Years of experience in related field

§         Strong technical and development background related to service implementation on Billing, Mediation, CRM, Call Center & Telephony Solutions (PBX, IVR, CTI based systems, ACD, Workforce Management, Recording & Monitoring System, Auto-dialer Systems).

§         Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Tools & Utilities, and UNIX / Linux, J2EE, JAVA, C, ASP.net, SQL server, WEB Development.

§         Certificates in IT related fields are preferable.

§         Team player, well Organized, Systematic.

§         High Reactivity to Business requirements with business mentality.

§         Good Planning, Organizational, and interpersonal written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
