• Masters degree in Business Administration
• 7-10 years of experience with at least 4 years prior experience at similar level in similar industry ( FMCG )
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent presenattion and inter personal skills
• Sound knowledge of markets handled and good commercial acumen
