Job Description and Requirements

Role Purpose :

Oracle DBA will be responsible for database administration , backup , disaster recovery procedures , will monitor , troubleshoot and optimize live databases ensuring high performance , will analyze , design and deploy large databases

Qualifications , Experience , knowledge & Skills :

• B.S.c degree in computer science / engineering
• Oracle DBA certificate is a plus
• 2 years min in DBA
• Working experience in installations , configuration and troubleshooting oracle database and application server
• Working experience in deployment of J2EE applications and troubleshooting
• Oracle application server 10g including managing J2EE applications , monitoring troubleshooting and installation
• Development tools / languages including SQL , PL/SQL
• Managing and controlling security , setting user profiles
