Job Description and Requirements

 

Key Roles:

- Maximizing products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs. 

- Implement the detailed sales plans to achieve set target.

- Planning daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.

- Promoting the bank’s services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in those products.

- Maintain the  relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensure that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfils their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers. 

- Represent the bank in exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank.

- Implement the Direct Sales initiatives set by the department.

Job Requirements:

- Education: University degree in Business Administration or Financial Sciences from a reputable university.   

- Experience: Min.1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales.

Skills:

- Good in English & fluent in Arabic  

- Total knowledge of bank’s products & services

- Marketing & selling skills 

- Computer & different system applications skills 

- Flexibility & amiability

- Capability to contact and deal with customers

- Working under pressure

- Team player 

- Responsible

- Detail Oriented 

- Good communication skills.
