Job Description and Requirements

1. Job Purpose

 

Responsible for generating sales targets from both commercial and consumer segments through appropriate Acer channel partners. Co-ordinates on demand generation activities to enhance sales, brand, equity and awareness.

3. Principal Responsibilities

 

 

- Responsible for coordinating with Acer Partners (Tier 1) primarily to enhance Sales & Brand equity.

 

- Develops the Acer channel program (Tier 2) through identifying, appointing and coordinating with Power Retailers, Acer Point, Acer Active and Executive Partners.

 

Generates sales from the Acer Tier 2 partners to meet the assigned targets.

 

Improves loyalty to Acer Brand among the Partners by implementing channel incentive programs.

 

- Keeps track of all Retail, SMB and Corporate Accounts activities, monitors competition activity and collates relevant market Intelligence.

 

- Co-ordinates events, i.e. Campaign, Seminar Road shows, Product Training, Retail branding, PR Programs, press conference, Spiffs and Promotions etc as per the schedule.

 

- Maintains and develops database of Channel Partners and coordinates their performance.

 

- Maintains and develops database of Corporate Accounts and builds relationship to generate the targeted revenue.

 

- Keeps track of market related information, competition key activities and provide them to Product team to improve our positioning and competitiveness.

 

- Provides weekly report of Sales Out and Sales In, key activities, market information, and partner requirements etc to RSM.

5. Person Specification(To be Completed by Department Head and HR)

 

 

Competency: Customer Service Orientation, Influencing & Negotiation, Problem solving an Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Achievement Drive, Planning and Organizing, Result Orientation.

 

Academics & Experience: Graduate with 5-7 years of Experience preferably within the middle east region.
