Working within a professional hospitality team and focusing on the multiple properties in the region you will have the opportunity to grow your recruitment career experience and refine your knowledge of the hospitality industry.
A knowledge of hospitality operations either from work experience or as an external recruiter supplying into various properties & clients is a definite advantage.
This is not a BILLING role. It is all about customer centric consulting skills and that means you need to show long term relationship building skills and a level of business acumen plus an understanding of hospitality operations (front of house, back of house), corporate, marketing, sales, engineering and HR etc and all of the other necessary parts of a professional hospitality environment.
As an internal role personality is key, the ability engage with managers, understand their requirements, manage the recruitment life-cycle, manage the candidates, deal with the system data input, confirm the successful applicants, close off the roles and hand over to the on boarding team.
The role has a mix of recruiting requirements from specific roles at the senior level to volume requirements for front-line and operations staff and you will be responsible for management and delivery of the processes which could include road shows, mass interviews, group processing and regional recruitment drives. If you have experience in this area then that will be a definite advantage to your application.

Skills

- at a minimum 3 years CORPORATE recruiting experience
- a history of relationship based recruitment
- an engaging personality, absolutely critical, people must like working with you and want to help you be a successful recruiter and find the best people!
- a solid knowledge of hospitality operations from the top of the tree all the way down to the bottom either as an experienced recruiter or from a prior career
- a customer service consultative approach
- U.A.E. experience
