HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
ND & Associates
Our client is seeking a driven and motivated HR Manager to manage, develop and enhance the day-to-day Human Resources operations and related resources
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing entire HR function including compensation and benefits, payroll, learning and development and recruitment
• Manage annual performance appraisals of employees
• Manage HR administration and employee files
• Advise and support line management with organizational planning and changes, supports change management processes and advises through employee relations needs
• Advise line management with headcount and related budget numbers
• Understand and identify business and operational needs and be responsible for working closely with line management
• Lead the workforce planning, staffing, recruitment and termination processes
• Identify, track, document, resolve or escalate issues as necessary
• Implement and maintain Human Resources policies and procedures
• Manage Compensation & Benefits projects, such as market based pay, bonus, retention and incentive programs, benefits reviews, salary surveys, etc.
• Identify and understand line manager and employee needs
• Implement and support training and development programs and processes such as Assessment and Development areas, Performance Management Processes, Leadership capabilities and others.
• Lead, develop and coach team members as required
• Provide consistent and timely communication about Human Resources processes and broader business issues to employees and managers
• Ensure good quality of data integrity in the Human Resources database
• Partner with third party Human Resources suppliers as required (i.e. search firms, recruitment agencies, temporary staffing agencies, employment lawyers, etc.)
Skills
• Ideally HRM Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience
• Previous experience working in UAE
• Excellent communication skills for support & follow ups with clients
• Must be able to cope and be flexible under daily pressure and multi-task.
