1. Responsible for all Institutional Research functions. 
2. Leadership role for the development of the institutional research unit to support the University’s mission and strategic direction. 
3. Setting directions for the unit of the Institutional Research as well as addressing interpretation of analysis, and preparation of reports for both internal and external use and distribution. 
4. Providing information and consolidate reports to the University’s top management in order to facilitate strategic planning, policy-making, resource allocations, enrolment projections. 
5. The Director will work under the Vice Chancellor through the Governance and Performance Office.

Skills

Doctorate’s degree with at least 5 years of academic experience with institutional assessment and effectiveness, institutional programs evaluation, accreditation processes and requirements, quantitative research and strong statistical and analytical skill set, such as data collection, analysis, and interpretation, strategic planning, and demonstrating a leadership role with effective management, assessment and organizational skills
