Skills

Master’s Degree or MBA in Business, Management or Quality related field 
5 or more years of experience in a similar role is preferred 
Experience in an online/el-learning environment will be an added advantage. 
Certification in Project Management is desirable 
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English is a must. 
Must be flexible and strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all levels 
Energetic self-starter who can think and act independently 
Ability to be organized and detailed 
Strong leadership, management and problem solving skills
