| Job Description | -A minimum of 10 years experience in executing projects involving mechanical design, building plans system and services related to villas, high rise buildings for water supply and drainage system including fire fighting. -Knowledge to read structural drawings and supply system for plumbing and drainage, air conditioning, erection and commissioning of mechanical drives, fitting of piping for energy transmission like cold and hot water, air systems as well. -Should be able to assist the manpower requirements, procurement knowledge from the market directing other conditioning departments with civil and electrical knowledge are essential. -Should be able to train and direct a minimum of six engineers under the mechanical branch in related works and projects at different sites. |
