| Job Description | -Independently should be able to set up the project office, be able to recruit appropriate staff in executing the projects to standards in the Middle East and GCC countries. -Acquaintance with submittals is able to read and interpret the drawings to sub contractors, consultants and supervisory staff. -Maintaining quality and timely execution, ability to coordinate and supervise the site works would be essential. -Knowledge of documentation is required, quality surveying, timely identifying variations and read alteration of corrections, containing cost of the project, ability to manage the manpower within the estimated execution time is essential. Procurement of materials and local and imported essential. -Be able to consolidate document for preparing operation manuals and coordinating complilation of as built drawings |

| Profile | -Bachelors Degree in Technology/Engineering/Faculty in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil. Executing projects with turnover of over hundreds/millions dirham. The project execution in the field of construction, MEP, fire fighting and fit out works involving projects of high rise buildings is an added advantage. |
