| Job Description | -Assist in developing the program integrated schedule consistent with the Major Projects Common Process. -Develop and manage detailed schedules covering activities through to the start of execution. -Manage and support planning activities of the contractors chosen to execute the program of work • Ensure that schedule learning from complementary work in other Business units and external companies are identified and appropriately utilized -Assist in developing the schedule process, system and procedures to support the program. -Assess potential contractors’ and vendors’ schedule capabilities. -Provide assurance that the contractors’ schedule systems interface with the Client’s and that progress measurement is effective and consistent. -Promote collaborative information sharing with team members and contractors. |

Desired Candidate's Profile |

| Profile | • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in planning and scheduling large construction projects in Aluminium Industry. Good working knowledge of Primavera Project Management Software MSP 10, P5 and P6 • High organizational and managerial skills. • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Leadership qualities to influence external / internal team for best results. • Exhibit engineering problem solving abilities to bridge the gap in working of Consultants / Contractors Only short-listed applicants will be called for interview |
