Job Description and Requirements
To ensure that the commercial activities and the corporate framework of the Azadea Group in the UAE are legally secure
- Provide inter-departmental legal assistance/advice in all matters
- Incorporate companies in the BVI and the UAE
- Ensure statutory compliance with the local laws. Provide regular input in all matters relating to the UAE laws. Interfacing with law firms
- Review and draft contracts and agreements, memoranda of incorporation, letter and legal documents – both commercial and corporate - in English and Arabic
- Ensure proper obtainment and ongoing validity of trade licenses, trade permits, DSF/DSS permits, Chamber of Commerce membership, and other regulatory requirements, and to supervise and coordinate the functions of the legal assistants’ and PRO relating to their participation in handling and processing of the said tasks.
- Managing labour disputes/legal cases directly and/or through external law firm
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Law.
Computer skills / MS Office
Excellent Drafting skills in English and Arabic
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a law firm or related field (UAE experience is highly preferred)
