| Job Description | •Liaising with clients in the allotted community and the adjoining areas in order to accommodate their sales and rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found. •Listing the properties for the landlords. •Finding clients to sell and lease properties. •Do extensive networking within the community and generate leads within the allocated areas. •Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties. •Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system. |
