Job Description and Requirements
Project Manager – Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
JOB SCOPE: -
Overall responsible and accountable for the HRMS project delivery as per agreed scope, cost, timelines and qualityResponsible for providing detailed business requirements, evaluation, testing and acceptance of the proposed solution
RESOURCE: -
Combines both Business Analyst and Project Manager role together .Ideally, the candidate must have BA (Business Analyst) experience on HRMS and at the same time will manage the project as PM.
Minimum Qualification/Training:
➢ Certified Project Management Professional is preferred
➢ Experience in working in large banks/financial institutions preferably implementation experience of HRMS
➢ Functional as well as technical knowledge of the HRMS implementation
➢ Knowledge of international best practice and aware of latest HR control standard
➢ Experience of working in a structured project environment
➢ Experience of working in a multicultural environmentField of Specialization
