5-7 years with minimum 2 years in Retail Training Experience. Identifying training and development needs within the retailing division through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments; Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme. Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the retail division, evaluating training and development programmes. Must possess excellent organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative flair and effective problem solving abilities. |
