| Job Description | Job Purpose: To insure and deliver high level of hospitality to all walk-in and call-in customers, corporate and fleet clients’, provide the best solutions that match clients requirements and expectations. Boost the revenue from each invoice by Cross-sell and up-sell company products and services. Job responsibilities: • Customers o Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes) o Welcome customers. o Understand customer’s needs and expectation. o Open job cards, and handle to workshop foreman to carry out the service check list. o Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs. o Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer enquiry. o Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits from each job card. o Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly. o Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains. o Feed and update customers’ information in the system. • Internal relationships o Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff. o Network and communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers where necessary. o Share knowledge and experiences to assist with the learning of other salesmen throughout your branch department and other branches as well. o Act as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team. • Ways of working o Promote and work to the Company’s culture through the Vision and Values. o Implement and carryout work according to the company SOP “Standard Operation Procedure” policy. o Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customers. o Manage time in the workshop. o Deliver on individual and company goals and objectives. o Constantly promote the Health and Safety approach within the department, ensuring that all necessary preventative and corrective Health and Safety actions are taken as required. o Ensure full compliance to the accident-reporting process. o Ensure the appropriate and professional usage of all company assets. |
