Head of IT Governance

The candidate for this position should have at least 14 years experience of working within IT management areas of which at least 4 years should be within IT governance. Sound experience in IT services management, IT governance processes, IT supply and demand management is crucial for this position.

Experience of implementing IT controls within the IT governance frameworks and designing governance frameworks using COBIT, VAL IT is highly desirable. Setting up and managing a PMO for large and business critical projects would be ideal.

Candidates should have come from either a large bank background or from a big 5 consultancy focussed on solution architecture, application architecture and infrastructure for banking with a specialism in governance.

Reporting directly into the CIO, candidates should be from a background outside of the Indian Subcontinent. Candidates from major UK/US/Australian or Far Eastern banks are preferred.
