Role: To develop account-winning strategies and to provide needed product sales support to successfully close business. The Sales Engineer will work with the team to research and understand the needs of the customer and define the overall technical and business solution. Knowledge about either car lift, generators, compressors or elevator is a must. Responsibilities: This person will lead internal technical resources to prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations. This person will be responsible to answer in-depth customer questions and inquiries. The Sales Engineer will combine a deep understanding of business issues and all product offerings to define solutions that provide key business value. Actively contribute to account strategy definition and review. Perform needs assessments and solution discovery sessions. Review customer operations for business process improvement opportunities. Understand product functionality / capability gaps, and then defines ways to address gaps using product enhancements, partners, etc. Design and deliver product demonstrations based on the requirements and the competitive sales situation. Define product and technical responses for RFQ requests. Request and co-ordinate resources needed to support the sales engagement. Skills & Experience: Basic IT skills. English a must, Arabic is added advantage. Ability to prioritize multiple functions to meet required deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy. Willing to work under pressure. Working under tight deadlines. Ability to satisfy customers and accomplish customer loyalty. |
