Job Description and Requirements
· Minimum of Bachelor Degree, IT field highly preferred
· Minimum 2 years of experience in workstation configuration
· Experience of diagnostics and problem determination
· Experience of desktop peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) and network configuration (TCP/IP)
· Knowledge of hardware components, installation configuration and procedures, and other system configuration
· Very good knowledge of IT troubleshooting, end user support and basic networking knowledge
· Must have excellent communication skills
