Job Description and Requirements
Title: Associate – Business Development & Client Services.
Location: Kuwait / Malaysia
Conditions: 90 days probation; 30 days paid vacation; local hire only
Languages: English & Arabic Required
Salary: KD300. Discretionary bonuses only
Duties: The Associate serves in an organization with a flat management structure and provides assistance to the manager & the team as a whole in the performance of the team’s daily duties. The Associate is responsible to meet various deadlines, and prepare for specific business obligations, particularly sales and new business developments as well as servicing of existing customers.
The Associate shall be responsible in establishing, expand customer network and managing sales activities to meet sales targets and revenues while conducting market intelligence in MENA region.
The Associate shall organize and coordinate sales appointments, prepare marketing materials for corporate presentations and proposals, provide support in promotional events and perform corporate presentations.
The Associate shall prepare a sales action plan and schedule to identify, pursue and follow-up on potential leads and new business opportunities as well as preparing reports on sales activities, follow up and updates for the management.
The Associate shall deliver quality customer care services by answering phone calls, solving client problems, dealing with system issues and maximize every sales opportunity by providing excellent customer service and maintain overall brand image.
The Associate supports the delivery of the client satisfaction and outreach activities, assist in the information compilation & and other efforts related to the development of client satisfaction.
The Associate may be asked to assist in the in the execution of client surveys and feedback capture activities to improve the customer care services level.
The Associate may be asked to contribute to the development of marketing strategies via gathering information for market analyses, and execution of market penetration activities.
Generally, the Associate shall report directly to the Client Services Manager and in the absence of the Manager to the CEO or such officer of the company as is designated by the CEO or in the absence of such designation, to the Chairman.

Responsibility:
The Associate Business Development & Client Services serves in an organization with a flat management structure and provides assistance to the manager & the team as a whole in the performance of daily duties, the meeting of various deadlines, and preparation for specific business obligations particularly with relation to sales and servicing of existing and potential customers.
Amongst the activities that the Associate are required to carry out are:
- Organize sales, marketing & promotional activities to achieve sales targets and increase sales volume.
- Responsible to send proposal and look for potential customers
- Coordinate and organize sales appointments, presentations, promotional events.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials for sales meetings and corporate presentations.
- To establish and maintain close relationship with client to ensure business continuation and customer satisfaction.
- To support the business partners and customer in delivery of training and services as and when required.
- Maximize every sales opportunity by providing excellent customer service, and maintain overall brand image through excellent service delivery.
- Any other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Others or equivalent in Business Administration/Marketing/ Finance/Islamic Finance
- Required language(s): Good written & verbal in Arabic/ English.
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Office.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Result oriented and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines & a team player
- Must poses a valid driving license, own transport.
- Full-Time position available.
- Having contacts in financial institutions is an added advantage
- Transferable Iqama
- Willing and able to travel to Saudi Arabia and other countries in MENA region.
