Job Description and Requirements
Set up plans and executive programs of administration affairs.
Follow up all Administrative section works at Government Departments and private sectors.(belong to administration and program it).
Follow up all licenses’ documents and follow u[ validity and expiry of these documents and other governmental documents required for operation(parlors’ licenses, Civil Defense licenses, CRs., Chamber of Commerce, vehicles’ licenses, etc..).
Solving all problems related to government works that may affect flow of company, very quickly and efficiently.
Negotiate rent amounts and rent terms and conditions with landlords, completing parlour’s rent contracts, offices, staff accommodation, warehouses, and make sure that the rent amount as per market’s current prices and visit the location and check the location and complete all leasing requests.
Reviewing rent contract before singing.
Maintaining all rent contracts’ records.
Maintaining good relation with landlords.
Receiving customers’ complaints on parlors and solve it efficiently.
Maintaining official documents and seals and not misuse it.
Helping the operation team to obtain new locations and solve the parlors problems with landlords.
Maintaining company’s interests in all provinces and providing management with penalties and violations.
Signing documents on behalf of company as per legal authorization.
Training the administrative staff.
Managing and supervising on all administrative staff work and make staff performance appraisal.
Helping the operation team to collect credits and freezers.
Follow up application offices’ new telephone lines.
Reviewing the documents of contractors and customers we are dealing with them.
Providing the legal auditors with required documents for issue of Zakat certificate.
Forward weekly reports about depot to H.O.
To be available on telephone when needed.
Follow up and solving problems outside duty timing.
Doing and executing any urgent work assigned by Management.
Skills
Specification of organization objectives and planning, arrangement and follow up and applying administration special plans as per organizing regulations and approved procedures.
